After completing my education from Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai, I made my way across the ponds to the Lonestar State in US of A where I completed a double major in Business Administration & Economics at Austin College in Texas and began my professional journey.
As a door to door salesman, my journey of knocking on over 100,000 homes, 20,000 businesses, recruiting and training 1000s of sales agents, seriously influenced my outlook towards consumer psychology, marketing and entrepreneurship. Today, I employ the hard-earned lessons of selling energy contracts on the streets of Texas, Illinois, New York, etc. to help startup founders understand their customers, sell their products and services, negotiate contracts and most importantly recruit and retain employees.
Currently, I lead an early stage venture capital fund that works alongside entrepreneurs in building the enterprises of tomorrow. I utilize my blog to speak out, vent, praise and talk about my experiences, post warnings and share best practices that have helped me and the entrepreneurs I am involved with.
