Confused? So are many! Hunting for a job post graduating from college has become a thing of the past. More and more graduates are turning toward the risky voyage of starting their own ventures and being a job provider, not a job seeker.

But what shall be the best bet for you is a question only you can answer, no consultant or so-called motivational speakers can guide you to the path of ultimate glory.

Let’s dig to some depth and come out with some facts.

Had only good ideas been capable of producing kingmakers, bureaucrats would have been politicians, or social networking behemoth of one time, Orkut, would never have perished so abruptly. The primary step toward your entrepreneurial voyage may be that unique idea, its implementation, however, holds the key to attaining echelons that you dream of.

Did you identify the fact? Ideas can yield startups, hundreds are being founded every day, it, however, is the astute execution of that idea that will bring viability and sustainability.

People do learn from experiences and many founders do turn into effectual managers of the business they start, but sadly, that isn’t the case with all risk-takers.

The question that we wish to deliberate hasn’t been answered yet. Or, shouldn’t we say that there cannot be a foolproof response to this dilemma? Indeed, you know your strengths and weaknesses, many B-school graduates must be aware of SWOT analysis, why not perform one on self!

Ironically, even gambles and guesses turn rewarding. Examples are many of people quitting lavish job positions to try h ands on their idea. Something that is certain is that a job teaches many lessons and it ripens you to tackle professional challenges.

The bottomline is, in case you just want to enter the rat race of entrepreneurial ventures, think twice. On the contrary, if you believe your idea is exceptional and you can implement it with precision, go for it, don’t be lured with fake job positions like business development analyst or marketing manager, since they turn you into a salesperson, albeit respectfully!

The answer isn’t here, it is in your approach, go find it!
